1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Thyroid Rehab you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of them, please do not use the application.
2. Description of the service
Thyroid Rehab is an informational support tool for thyroid rehabilitation, based on informational protocols and general lifestyle recommendations. The application does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and does not replace consultation with a doctor or endocrinologist. All nutrition, supplement and exercise suggestions are informational only.
3. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use the application, or have written permission from a parent or legal guardian. If we determine that a user is under 18 without such permission, we reserve the right to terminate access.
4. Account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activities performed under your account. One account is intended for a single user. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
5. Prohibited use
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the source code of the application.
- Use automated data extraction (scraping) or otherwise crawl our APIs without authorisation.
- Abuse AI quota or attempt to bypass the limits of the free and paid plans.
- Submit false health information in order to gain a medical advantage or mislead third parties.
6. Intellectual property
All software, design, text and protocols within the application are the property of Thyroid Rehab and are protected by copyright and related laws. The personal and health data you enter remains yours — we process it only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
The application is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranties. Thyroid Rehab is not liable for any health or treatment decisions taken based on the information presented in the application. Always consult a doctor before making significant changes to your lifestyle, nutrition, supplements or medications.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to an account in case of a breach of these Terms, abuse of the service, or risk to other users. You may terminate your account at any time from within the application or by contacting us.
9. Governing law
These Terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the applicable laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the application are resolved by the competent courts of Sofia.
